Built from references — Alan (Mobbin) + Chess Vantage architecture

Visual language modelled on Alan's app (indigo, peach, lavender, plush mascot); the Hope bear was generated as SVG via codex. Token/architecture discipline from ~/chess-vantage. Stack per spec: React Native (Expo) mobile · React/Next.js portal · Supabase (EU) · Anthropic Claude for the AI layer · Terra API for devices.
